Allgemeine Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Unsere Angebote sind freibleibend und unverbindlich.<\/p>\n

S\u00e4mtliche Angaben beruhen auf Angaben des Verk\u00e4ufers\/ Vermieters.<\/p>\n

Eine Haftung f\u00fcr die Richtigkeit und Vollst\u00e4ndigkeit k\u00f6nnen wir nicht \u00fcbernehmen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Unsere Angebote sind f\u00fcr den Empf\u00e4nger selbst bestimmt und d\u00fcrfen<\/p>\n

ohne schriftliche Einwilligung nicht an Dritte weitergeleitet werden.<\/p>\n

Gibt der Auftraggeber diese ohne Zustimmung weiter,<\/p>\n

hat er die vereinbarte Provision zu zahlen, falls der Dritte den Vertrag abschlie\u00dft.<\/p>\n

Zuwiderhandlung verpflichtet zu Schadenersatzleistung mindestens in H\u00f6he<\/p>\n

der orts\u00fcblichen Nachweis- bzw. Vermittlungsprovision.<\/p>\n

3. Die Firma Immogramm J\u00fcrgen Jermis GmbH ist berechtigt,<\/p>\n

f\u00fcr den anderen Vertragspartner provisionspflichtig t\u00e4tig zu werden.<\/p>\n

4. Mit dem Abschluss eines durch unseren Nachweis zustande gekommenen<\/p>\n

Kauf-, Miet- oder sonstigen Vertr\u00e4gen ist die orts\u00fcbliche Nachweis- bzw. Vermittlungs-<\/p>\n

provision zu zahlen.<\/p>\n

Sofern im Angebot nichts anderes vermerkt ist, zahlt:<\/p>\n

a) bei Abschluss eines Kaufvertrages der K\u00e4ufer\/ Verk\u00e4ufer an uns<\/p>\n

eine Provision von 3,57 %, inkl 19 % Mehrwertsteuer von dem<\/p>\n

erzielten Vertragswert und von allen damit in Verbindung stehenden Nebenleistungen.<\/p>\n

b) bei Abschluss eines Gewerbe-Mietvertrages hat der Mieter eine Provision von 2 Monatskaltmieten zzgl. 19 % Mehrwertsteuer zu zahlen.<\/p>\n

5. Die Aufnahme von Verhandlungen bedeutet Auftragserteilung und<\/p>\n

Anerkennung vorstehender Bedingungen.<\/p>\n

6. Vereinbarungen bed\u00fcrfen der schriftlichen Form, m\u00fcndliche Nebenabreden,<\/p>\n

auch die unserer Mitarbeiter, haben keine G\u00fcltigkeit.<\/p>\n

7. Erf\u00fcllungsort und Gerichtsstand ist Kaiserslautern.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
